PBIS -Positive Behavior Intervention and Support. 

We are a learning community that values each student and seeks to provide a disciplined academically challenging experience for all students. Providing a safe and learning environment for the students teachers and staff. Our students will learn to be Loyal and Industrious in all they do, Organized, Neat, and Self-Disciplined. 

Teen Trend-Setters 

This Program is a reading mentoring program that pairs middle school mentors with 1st, 2nd, or 3rd grade students who are six months or more behind in reading. Students from Cardozo Middle School visit their mentee at Bates Elementary School weekly to assist them with their reading and listening skills.
